Private Northern Lights Tour Before each tour we check weather forecast models to understand what regions have the best chances of clear skies. So we often travel anywhere between 100–500 km away from Kittila and it can take us even to Sweden or Norway to succeed seeing the northern lights and you can be sure we do our best. The Experience We pick up from Your accommodation in Kittila, Levi or Yllas area (if different ask for cost). Time of departure is selected by us on the tour day because of the weather conditions and solar activity (between 4-7pm). We travel in one van without any other people, just you or your group. We don’t have a mileage limit and the tour takes 3-10hours you decide how long we stay. If we don’t see Aurora by naked eye you don’t pay anything (this means we offer you another date if available or money back). Some nights are very cold so please be prepared and wear warm clothes, boots, a hat and gloves. Refund Policy If we do not see auroras on the tour, or the tour is cancelled we try to reschedule the tour for the next nights if you are still here and we have availability. If rescheduling is not possible, your booking fee is returned in full as per our terms and conditions.
