Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour day.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before tour day:                                   1)Northern Lights Tour will result in a €49 cancellation fee per booking, deducted from the deposit already paid.                                                                                   2) Private Northern Lights Tours will result in a €99 cancellation fee, deducted from the deposit already paid.                                                                                   3) Best Photography Tour will result in a €49 cancellation fee, deducted from the deposit already paid.

• Any remaining balance will not be charged.

Cancellation or Changes Due to Aurora Visibility

The Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.

• If no aurora is visible during the tour, we will first try to reschedule the tour for the following nights, subject to availability and provided the guest is still in the area.

• If rescheduling is not possible, the booking fee will be refunded in full, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to:

• Unsafe weather or road conditions

• Technical or operational issues

• Force beyond our control

In such cases, guests will be offered:

• An alternative tour date, or

• A full refund
