The Northern Lights are one of nature's most breathtaking wonders, but photographing them beneath the Arctic sky is an experience you'll treasure forever. Every tour begins long before we meet you. Throughout the day, we carefully monitor weather forecasts, cloud cover and Aurora activity to choose the very best conditions for both viewing and photography. Rather than following a fixed route, we follow the clearest skies, searching for spectacular Arctic landscapes where frozen lakes, snow-covered forests and the Aurora create unforgettable scenes. The Experience Whether you're using a professional camera or taking your very first night photographs, we'll help you capture the beauty of the Arctic with confidence. You'll learn how to: • Set up your camera for night photography • Capture the Northern Lights with the best settings • Create stunning compositions in breathtaking Arctic scenery • Improve your long-exposure photography Professional tripods are available free of charge if needed. We'll pick you up from your accommodation in Kittilä, Levi or Ylläs. Departure time is chosen on the day of your tour according to the latest weather conditions and Aurora activity (usually between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm). Travel in a comfortable heated van with a maximum of 8 guests while visiting carefully selected scenic locations far from light pollution. There are no fixed routes and no mileage limits our only goal is to find the perfect conditions for unforgettable photographs and an incredible Arctic experience. As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, no one can guarantee they will appear. That's why we carefully plan every tour using the latest weather forecasts, Aurora activity to maximise your chances of success. If the Aurora is not visible to the naked eye, we'll either offer another available date during your stay or full refund.
