Lukaszさん、Sandraさん、素晴らしいオーロラ体験を本当にありがとうございました！

これまで様々なオーロラスポットで3回挑戦しましたが、一度もオーロラを見ることができず、今回が4回目でした。

「今度こそ絶対に見たい」という願いを叶えてくれるツアー会社を探していたときに出会ったのが、お二人でした。

最初の問い合わせから返信は迅速で丁寧。ツアー中も細やかに連絡をくださり、終始安心して過ごせました。

お二人は雲のない場所を探して車を走らせ、オーロラが現れるまで辛抱強く待ってくださいました。移動中に光が見え始めると車を止め、私が心ゆくまで楽しめるよう全力を尽くしてくださいました。

三脚を貸してくださったり、プロ仕様のカメラで私とオーロラの写真を撮影し、後日送ってくださったりと、親切な心遣いにも感謝してもしきれません。支払いにも柔軟に対応してくださり、予約からツアーの最後まで、常に私の気持ちを第一に考えてくださいました。

そして4回目の挑戦で、ついに夢が叶いました！

2日間とも素晴らしいオーロラに出会えたのです。空から降り注ぐ光の筋、湖面に映る幻想的なグラデーション、緑、赤、ピンク、紫へと色を変えながら夜空に揺らめく大きな光のカーテン。写真では伝えきれない美しさを、自分の目で見ることができました。

何度挑戦しても叶わなかった夢が現実になった瞬間です。この感動は一生忘れません。

Lukaszさん、Sandraさん、長年の夢を叶えるお手伝いをしてくださり、本当にありがとうございました。お二人のおかげで、今回の旅は一生の宝物になりました。

Best experience ever!!! Apart from the fact that we saw the auroras, Lukas makes the experience unforgettable. You can tell he's passionate for it and wants you to have the best experience ever. He's all the time communicating with his wife, Sandra, which from home she's checking all the time where is better to drive. We had around 4/5 stops in places that I would never imagine. Perfect spots to see the auroras growing, dancing and glowing and also to have amazing photos. If I could give more than 5 starts I would totally do. We met Lukasz and Sandra in Levi, we had already booked a tour elsewhere but they were so friendly we decided to cancel our other booking and go with them instead. That was the best decision we could have made.

Lukasz and Sandra worked really hard to find the Aurora for us but their experience and knowledge paid off. We were blessed to be able to see the Aurora with our eyes. The cameras made it even better. They took some lovely photos of us and shared some of the science of the Aurora which was very interesting.

When we return, which we will, we will definitely be doing another tour with Lucas and Sandra. Not forgetting Sky too!

Wir haben bei Sandra und Lukasz ganz kurzfristig eine Nordlichttour gebucht, und wir können einfach nur DANKE sagen für eine tolle Tour mit wunderbaren Lichtern, wir wurden direkt vom Hotel abgeholt und zurückgebracht, Sandra und Lukasz haben uns immer zu den Plätzen gebracht, wo wir die Nordlichter am Besten sehen konnten, kein Weg war Ihnen zu weit, und wir haben uns während der Fahrt auch sehr wohl gefühlt, während der Tour haben Beide immer professionelle Fotos von uns und den Lichtern gemacht, welche wir nach der Tour kostenlos online erhalten haben, es wurden auch immer viel Informationen gegeben,  wir können Sandra und Lukasz nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Well from a chance discussion on the streets of Levi we were so glad we chose to do a Northern Lights tour with Lappiland. The husband and wife team were fantastic explaining the auroras for us. Her squeal when she saw them was something else. Sandra was so excited to show us.
They were wonderful hosts and great company during our 7 hour tour. Eventually saw lots which was awesome. These two keep searching using apps for weather and solar  activity to find them and the reverence to the beauty of nature very well.
Excellent tours and well the money unlike other companies who charge even if they know you will not have any chance of seeing them. With Lappiland if you don’t see you don’t pay.

We booked our Northern Lights tour with Sandra and Lukasz after seeing the great feedbacks and from the very first contact we understood why their reviews are so good. Sandra replied almost immediately after I reached out, and communication was easy and friendly from the start.

What impressed us most was their dedication. We were staying in Rovaniemi, while they actually live quite far away in another city, yet they still agreed to organize the tour for us.

On the day of the tour, Lukasz drove several hours to pick us up directly in front of our apartment. During the evening we visited multiple spots, searching for the best location and conditions to see the aurora. Even though Sandra couldn’t join us in the car because of space limits, Lukasz was in constant contact with her, checking forecasts and deciding where to go next.

What really stood out was that while many large tour groups left once their scheduled time ended, Lukasz chose to stay longer so we would have the best possible chance to see the lights. Eventually the Northern Lights appeared, and because the big tour buses had already left, we were able to enjoy the moment completely alone without crowds.

He also took many photos and videos for us, and the next day Sandra sent us a link with all the pictures. The van had cookies and berry juice, and we also enjoyed meeting their dog Sky, a lovely bonus for us since we have a Labrador ourselves and love dogs.

In total Lukasz drove around 100 km searching for the perfect spot, then another 100 km back to Rovaniemi to drop us off, and still had a long drive home afterwards. It truly showed how much effort they put into making the experience special.

The whole tour felt very personal and genuine. Unlike the big companies with huge buses and dozens of tourists, Sandra and Lukasz really care about giving their guests the best possible experience. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a truly special Northern Lights tour.

Juste parfait 👌
Lukas a été superbe : bon chauffeur, il a tout donné pour qu on trouve une aurore boréale (chose faite), il est attentionné, passionné.
Il nous a fait des photos en prenant le temps pour notre groupe de 8 personnes, tout en amenant son chien Sky 🐶 👌.

Je le recommande vivement !
